H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell products. You’ll share fashion knowledge, promote our Hello Member loyalty app, and support sustainable in-store initiatives.

You’ll work with the store team to keep the sales floor tidy, manage garment care, and participate in opening/closing routines while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and products to advise customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team to meet targets.
