Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Pittsburgh to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through outstanding service and compelling in-store presentations. Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift items up to 44 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and keep product available and correctly priced.
• Support backroom organization, replenishment, and occasional cash register operations.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and uphold safety policies.
