Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of shopping day-to-day in our Pittsburgh store. You’ll greet customers, maintain visual merchandising, and support sales floor and fitting room operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift merchandise, and a passion for apparel. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests to provide a helpful, friendly service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active store environment.
• Willingness to learn store tools and systems (scanners, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Support price changes, restocking, and backroom organization.
