Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and style on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, maintain floor displays, price accuracy, and product availability while delivering excellent guest services across busy store hours.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication as you support price changes, backroom organization, and smooth guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory; assist guests as needed.
• Sort and push freight to the floor and locate merchandise in backrooms as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising.
