Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and function in a welcoming store environment. You will maintain an inviting floor, set up compelling displays, and assist guests in finding the right styles and sizes while keeping stock organized and accurately priced.

You will engage with guests, stock the floor, operate handheld scanners, and support checkout and fitting room activities. The role requires flexibility across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and accurate signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as required.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority fills and merchandising activity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to keep the guest inspired.
• Support price changes and execute clearance merchandising with signage.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting room and sales floor.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
