Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with a friendly, hands-on shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will manage floor presentation, assist guests with merchandise selection, and keep the sales floor stocked and visually engaging.

Qualifications

Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
Excellent communication skills in daily guest interactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise.
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and merchandising fills.
