Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through stylish presentations and welcoming service. You will support merchandise floors, maintain pricing and stock, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail environments.
• Ability to meet guests on the shop floor and in fitting rooms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with set visual standards.
• Assist guests with product selection and sizing in store and fitting rooms.
• Sort freight and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and pricing accuracy.
• Support price changes and signage updates.
• Provide safe, compliant service and greet guests warmly.
