Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests find fashion and complete purchases on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will keep the floor full, accurately priced, and well-presented while assisting guests with style questions and product recommendations.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will cover store operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and refresh fixtures and signage to support promotions and product assortments.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and checkout processes are followed.
