Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with a welcoming and helpful attitude, delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will manage stock, assist with merchandise presentation, and help maintain a vibrant, guest-ready sales floor across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Training is provided to build style knowledge and guest service skills. The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to store standards while supporting store

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and willingness to help guests
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with proper signage and pricing
• Use store tools and scanners to monitor inventory and assist guests
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and maintain backroom organization
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides for the guest experience
• Maintain product availability and complete priority fills to keep the floor full
• Assist with backroom operations and replenishment to support guest needs
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to maintain inspiring displays
• Support price changes and signing accuracy on promotions
• Greet guests and assist them with their needs on the sales floor
