Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests, maintain a guest-ready floor, and support merchandising and operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll work on flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed, and be part of a collaborative team focused on excellent guest service and on-brand presentations across the floor and fitting room.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly, helpful guest service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by conducting fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise as items sell to create an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest requests throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety and compliance.
