Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to assist guests with fashion guidance and an engaging shopping experience. The role focuses on guest service, merchandising, and maintaining a well-stocked selling floor with knowledge of products and promotions.

You will support store operations, fulfill customer needs, and participate in price changes and backroom organization while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, physically active retail environment.
• Willingness to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to track sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and drive-up duties while staying compliant with policies.
