Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver a stellar shopping experience, and help guests find the right outfits on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

As a Style Consultant, you will drive sales, maintain a guest-ready floor, and support visual merchandising that reflects current trends and brand standards. You will collaborate with teammates in a dynamic store environment, often working flexible hours to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Ensure price signs are accurate and signage clear for guests.
