Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests find products, provide great service, and support store operations. The role involves maintaining the floor, assisting customers in the fitting rooms, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily sales goals.

Typical duties include stocking, merchandising, and using handheld devices for inventory and checkout support. The position requires a flexible schedule, physical work, and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by replenishing as needed
• Backroom organization and merchandise replenishment support
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through
• Support price change processes with signing execution
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting room and sales floor
• Demonstrate a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance
• Work safely and report hazards; adhere to policies and training
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; ensure compliance with laws
• Greet guests and engage to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping Target
• All other duties based on business needs
