Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

You will drive sales, maintain a ready floor, and support displays while providing excellent guest service. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a welcoming, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills.
