Job summary

Target is looking for a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will help guests discover fashion options, maintain visual standards, and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and in-store skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signing.
• Assist guests with questions on assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Move freight to the sales floor and organize backstock as needed.
• Set up and refresh visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Keep product availability high through priority fills and merchandising efforts.
• Support backroom organization, replenishment, and guest requests throughout the day.
• Remerchandise displays as items sell to maintain an inspiring shopping environment.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising practices.
