Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, priced correctly, and visually engaging. You will deliver a welcoming, helpful guest experience and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest service fundamentals, visual merchandising, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Teamwork, problem solving, and safety are key priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing fills and merchandising.
