• Ability to execute store standards, pricing and merchandising to enhance guest experience.
• Interest in apparel and fashion with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by doing priority fills and merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
