Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Massachusetts to welcome guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, maintain appealing visual displays, and ensure accurate pricing. You’ll help guests discover products, learn retail basics, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

The role requires teamwork and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided; competitive benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and store technology.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with proper visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales and inventory using store tools to assist guests.
• Sort freight, stock the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor stock through priority and manual fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise as items sell to keep displays inspired.
• Assist with price changes and signing processes.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs on the floor.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliant procedures.
