Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, maintain a visually compelling sales floor, and help customers find the right sizes and styles. You will work on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering an outstanding guest experience through friendly service and strong product knowledge.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to assist guests.
• Able to use store technology like handheld scanners.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments.
• Willingness to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing visual standards and promotions.
• Maintain floor presence with correctly priced merchandise.
• Sort freight and replenish backroom according to business needs.
• Set up visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Ensure fitting rooms are welcoming and functional.
• Support back-up cashier and order pickup duties.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
