Target is hiring a Style Consultant to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will keep the floor stocked, priced, and presented according to visual standards while assisting guests with product questions and purchases.

You thrive in a fast-paced, active retail environment, enjoy working with guests and teammates, and can flex to nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Able to operate handheld scanners and basic store technology.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by maintaining visuals and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing during promotions.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome guests.
• Assist with back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties as needed.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
