Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver an outstanding in-store experience, and keep the floor stocked and merchandised to brand standards.

You will assist guests with product information, respond to questions, and help them find items throughout the sales floor and fitting rooms. Training will be provided, and you will work in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates across multiple channels.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience or interest in apparel and visual merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales and inventory data using store tools to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and execute priority and merchandising fills.
