Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will ensure the floor is styled, priced, and stocked to meet guest needs with a focus on visual merchandising and strong operations.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High interest in apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and related tech.
• Strong communication skills in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and accurate pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, stock the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain full floor availability through priority and manual fills.
