Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, delivering a high-energy, guest-focused shopping experience. You will maintain visual standards, price and sign products, and ensure the floor is stocked with the right sizes and colors.

The role emphasizes strong operations, teamwork, and excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, assisting guests as needed.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the floor, locating items in backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
