Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, delivering a welcoming, helpful guest experience with strong focus on style and visual presentation.

You will help drive sales, maintain stock and signage, and support backroom operations while adhering to safety and ethical standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail basics including department sales trends, inventory management and promotions.
• Visual merchandising knowledge to create compelling in-store presentations.
• Ability to meet guests' needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing during merchandising updates.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
• Support fulfillment tasks and drive-up / pickup needs as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and ethical conduct.
• Flexible hours; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds.
