Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-first service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Ability to understand sales trends, inventory movement, and pricing promotions.
• Comfort with visual merchandising standards and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with clear signage and attractive product displays.
• Use store tools to analyze sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom per business need.
