Target is hiring a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and maintain appealing in-store presentations. You will help guests find the right sizes and colors while keeping the sales floor organized and stocked throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and pricing.
• Understand sales and inventory data to assist guests and support stock management.
• Move merchandise from backroom to salesfloor and ensure proper replenishment.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests throughout the shopping journey.
• Support cashier, pickup, and drive-up duties while adhering to safety and policy requirements.
