You will help guests find products, maintain floor presentation, and assist with fitting rooms while staying knowledgeable about assortment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service mindset and the ability to assist guests on the sales floor.
• Knowledge of basic retail operations including merchandising and promotions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales and inventory data using store tools to assist guests.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and organize backroom as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through priority and full-floor fills.
