Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing
• Use store tools to track sales and inventory and assist guests
• Sort and move merchandise from stock to floor based on business needs
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides for the guest experience
• Maintain product availability and full floor coverage through priority and merchandising fills
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest needs
• Remerchandise displays as items sell to keep an inspiring store look
• Assist with price changes and signage
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests with their needs
• Contribute to a safe, compliant work environment
• Support guest services like checkout, order pickup, and Drive-Up
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to resolve needs
• Adhere to safety policies and learn applicable laws
