Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through exceptional service and product presentation. You will keep the floor visually compelling, assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and support store operations with enthusiasm and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor and locate merchandise per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority and manual fills.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and fulfillment.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist guests with fitting rooms and ensure merchandise returns to floor.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive-up while adhering to laws.
