Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming environment and well-presented merchandise. You will support merchandising, price accuracy, and backroom organization to maintain availability.

The role requires strong customer interaction, adaptability in a fast-paced store, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety and compliance are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual and signing standards.
• Assist guests and stock merchandise based on business needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Maintain floor presentation and price accuracy according to merchandising guides.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to inspire shopping.
