Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to deliver excellent guest service and maintain visually appealing presentations on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will engage guests, assist with merchandise, and support store operations including cash handling and drive-up/pickup processes.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Maintain floor presentations and accurate pricing/signs.
• Support cashier, pickup orders and Drive-Up duties as needed.
• Keep backstock organized and merchandise replenished as required.
• Ensure safety policies are followed in daily tasks.
