Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, deliver an outstanding shopping experience, and help guests discover products on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

You will focus on operations, visual merchandising, and providing friendly service while meeting guests’ needs. The role requires physical activity, flexible hours, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Target will provide training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Manage freight: sort, push to floor, and replenish merchandise.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and price signs.
• Assist guests in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest interactions and uphold safety policies.
