• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor as needed.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority and manual fills.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing execution.
• Manage fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with backroom recovery and replenishment for guest requests.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all duties.
