Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to assist guests, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support store operations. You will help guests find products, deliver excellent service, and participate in price changes and promotions while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

This role requires physical activity, flexibility in shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and a strong team mindset. Training will cover store tools, product knowledge, and guest interaction best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting guests in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate POS and handheld devices as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor by following visual standards.
• Understand sales and inventory data to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and organize backroom inventory.
• Set up visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor, executing replenishments.
• Assist with backroom organization and guest requests throughout the day.
