Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a welcoming, high-energy style experience. You’ll keep the floor stocked, priced, and signed, support guest services, and participate in visual merchandising to inspire purchases.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, flex your schedule including nights and weekends, and learn through training while upholding safety and integrity.

• Interacting with guests and team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight to the floor and backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor coverage through priority/merchandising fills.
• Support backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing where required.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics and compliance at all times.
