Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment. You will contribute to strong guest experiences through visual merchandising and efficient operations in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Sort truck freight and merchandise to the salesfloor and backroom.
• Maintain floor availability and execute priority fills to keep a complete floor.
• Support fitting rooms and guest services including back-up cashier tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies and ethical conduct.
