Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is hiring a Workplace Manager to lead daily operations, facilities, and the workplace experience at a designated location. You will manage a small team and collaborate with global Workplace and Real Estate leadership.

You will oversee end-to-end facility operations, vendor management, and capital projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across the studio environment. A growth-minded, collaborative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace/Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in workplace/facilities operations.
• Experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment.
• Proven success in vendor management, space planning, capital works, and workplace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with studio leadership and internal stakeholders to align workplace strategy with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end facility operations including safety, maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, sustainability, and desk/space management.
• Manage service provider relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and invoice approvals.
• Lead small works and capital improvement projects from initiation through execution; manage moves and renovations.
• Partner with security and safety teams to manage emergency protocols and business continuity.
• Champion environmental initiatives and sustainability to support ESG goals and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the Workplace team, driving performance and development.
