Job summary

Electronic Arts (EA) seeks a Workplace Experience Manager, Site Lead to shape an exceptional studio environment that fuels creativity, collaboration, and community. You will oversee the on-site workplace ecosystem—space, services, programs, and partnerships—and partner with studio leadership to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, or related operational roles.
Experience leading onsite teams.
Problem‑solving skills to approach different working styles and needs.
Experience supporting and managing site‑level budgets, with attention to transparency and accountability.
Build collaborative, respectful relationships with different partners and contribute ideas across all levels.
Experience in high‑level communicating with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
