Job summary

Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to lead day‑to‑day office operations, facilities services, and vendor relationships at our Andover, MA studio.

You will oversee space management, security, maintenance, budgets, and compliance, coordinating with global teams to deliver efficient, safe, and creative work environments.

This in‑office role requires strong leadership, planning, and the ability to work flexible hours to support a large, dynamic game development studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate, workplace services, or facility management.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience with work order systems and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations: repairs, food/beverage, janitorial, security, space management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, sourcing, contracts, invoicing, service performance.
• Ensure lease obligations are met and address building issues.
• Oversee workplace budgets and capital expenditures.
• Use ticketing system to prioritise requests and coordinate services.
• Mentor Workplace team members and foster a collaborative culture.
• Ensure health, safety, fire, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead projects and regional initiatives with global standards and on-time delivery.
