Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to maintain a polished, high‑functioning studio environment in California. You will support daily operations, events, vendor management, space planning, and employee experience while collaborating with internal and external partners.

We value proactive problem solving, strong organizational skills, and a hands‑on approach to maintaining a best‑in‑class workplace. This role is fully onsite with occasional off‑hours support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in facilities, workplace operations, or hospitality.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace events.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiar with helpdesk systems (ServiceNow, Slack, OfficeSpace).
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, highly service‑oriented and detail focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day facility upkeep and service requests; own resolution.
• Conduct floor walks; ensure spaces are functional, stocked, safe, and presentable.
• Provide polished onboarding and workplace tours for new hires.
• Source, schedule, and supervise vendors/contractors for maintenance and reconfigurations.
• Manage janitorial, horticulture, and maintenance vendors to meet SLAs.
• Assist in office moves, space planning and small renovations.
• Submit and track helpdesk tickets; oversee contractor work with minimal disruption.
