Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace/Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in workplace/facilities operations.
• Experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience at a defined location(s).
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budget oversight for facilities.
• Manage small works and capital improvement projects from initiation through execution.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives are implemented.
