Qualifications

• 1–2 years in coordination, production, hospitality, events or office operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay composed when schedules change.
• Clear written and verbal communication with reliable follow-up.
• Familiarity with creator culture (TikTok, Instagram, UGC).
• Ability to work onsite in NYC five days a week and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Onsite talent coordination: greet creators, confirm schedules, and manage same-day changes.
• Casting support: assist Casting Director with sourcing creators on social platforms and reviewing self-tapes.
• Office and studio operations: receive deliveries, stock the kitchen, and keep the office and studio ready for shoots.
• Production support: assist on shoots with setup, errands, and general crew support.
