Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations in McLean, VA. This part-time role reports to the Studio Manager and pays an hourly rate of $21.75.

The Studio Supervisor will open/close the Studio, guide floor teamwork, and uphold a warm, brand-aligned customer experience. The position emphasizes leadership by example without formal management duties, requiring maturity, responsibility, and dedication to Studs’ service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent opening/closing responsibilities.
• Ability to operate confidently on the sales floor and uphold brand standards.
• Proven reliability and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and handling physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the Studio independently and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Support daily visual merchandising, restocks and Studio upkeep.
• Review daily performance and help implement strategies to drive results.
• Act as floor leader during shifts to balance sales and service goals.
• Maintain safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations.
