Job summary

Studs in McLean, VA is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily studio operations, act as a trusted keyholder, and lead on-floor during shifts. This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to work independently while protecting brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the studio, supervising visuals, restocking, driving sales and service, and delivering a warm, consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed accurately
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and Studio upkeep
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver both sales and service goals
• Upholds compliance with safety and brand standards, including regulations tied to piercing and Studio cleanliness
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed
• Ensures a warm, welcoming, and consistent customer journey aligned with our service expectations
• Sets a strong example for professionalism, inclusion, and accountability
• Provides real-time feedback and support to teammates when appropriate, escalating as needed
• Helps reinforce company values and contributes to a collaborative, feedback-rich environment
