Job summary

Studs in Denver is hiring a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations. This non-managerial role serves as a trusted floor leader, opening/closing, and guiding the team to deliver sales and service excellence.

You will model our values on the floor, uphold safety and brand standards, and ensure a consistent Studs experience for every customer. The position is full-time with a 32+ hour work week and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations.
• Able to open/close the Studio and manage floor leadership during shifts.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed accurately
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and Studio upkeep
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver both sales and service goals
• Upholds compliance with safety and brand standards, including regulations tied to piercing and Studio cleanliness
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed
• Ensures a warm, welcoming, and consistent customer journey aligned with our service expectations
• Sets a strong example for professionalism, inclusion, and accountability
• Provides real-time feedback and support to teammates when appropriate, escalating as needed
