Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor to join our Madison Studio. This non-managerial leadership role opens and closes the studio, guides floor leadership during peak periods, and ensures a consistent customer and brand experience.

The position requires a proven track record in keyholder or shift-lead roles, a flexible schedule (including weekends) and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. This is a full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing duties.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours) including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support daily visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Review daily business and help implement strategies to drive results.
• Act as floor leader during shifts to deliver sales and service goals.
• Uphold safety and brand standards for piercing-related operations.
