Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. This full-time role involves opening and closing the Studio, leading floor operations during peak periods, and upholding safety and brand standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.

The hourly rate is $21.75, with benefits and a strong emphasis on professionalism and ownership on the sales floor. As a keyholder, you will model Studs values, support merchandising and replenishment, and coach teammates to deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing duties.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Studio and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Lead floor operations during shifts and guide team to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure safety, brand standards, and cleanliness compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate on Studs offerings.
