Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor to play a critical support role in daily Studio operations, acting as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. The role emphasizes independence, ownership, and leadership by example to ensure a consistent customer and brand experience.

The position requires opening/closing responsibilities, weekend availability, and a flexible schedule. It is a full-time role reporting to the Studio Manager and located in McLean, VA, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability required (Fri–Sun) and full-time commitment to Studs.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support daily visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Act as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Uphold safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations and cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate customers on the Studs offering.
