Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor in Roseville, CA to help run daily operations, open and close the Studio, and lead the floor during peak periods, ensuring a consistent customer and brand experience.

This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership and leadership by example, with flexible weekend availability, an hourly rate of $20.50, and a part‑time schedule designed to support safe service and excellent, welcoming guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience as keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Up to 29 hours per week, in line with local laws.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Studio independently and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Support daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Lead floor during shifts to deliver sales and service goals.
• Deliver exceptional service and educate customers about the Studs experience.
• Provide real-time feedback and support to teammates.
• Uphold safety and brand standards on the floor.
