Qualifications

• Proven experience in a keyholder/shift lead role with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Must be available up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Weekend availability required (Fri–Sun)
• Full-time commitment to Studs as primary employment
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs; follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Studio independently and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support floor leadership during peak periods and maintain brand standards.
• Review daily business and help implement strategies to drive sales and service.
• Lead the floor during shifts to deliver sales and service goals.
